Kate during the start of our 40mile trip to Bethanie from Caen. It was a sweet trip - the initial stages were full of mist and dew. The sunrise was epic and we soon warmed up.

Took part in the Birmingham sky ride yesterday.
“15,000 people today joined stars from the worlds of cycling and fashion at Sky Ride Birmingham today to enjoy a day of entertainment on traffic-free, city centre streets.”
It was pretty ace. A few of us rode up to Birms from Stourbridge and did the 8.5km route a couple of times and then cycled back.
38 miles in total.
Cold bath works a treat.
