Took part in the Birmingham sky ride yesterday.
“15,000 people today joined stars from the worlds of cycling and fashion at Sky Ride Birmingham today to enjoy a day of entertainment on traffic-free, city centre streets.”
It was pretty ace. A few of us rode up to Birms from Stourbridge and did the 8.5km route a couple of times and then cycled back.
38 miles in total.
Cold bath works a treat.
